Once robbed of 15 years of life with an ED, I’m on a mission to help others reclaim theirs. 

During my time with Anorexia, I saw up to 25 hospital admissions in medical, Intensive Care Units, Inpatient & Outpatient Programs as well as moving interstate for treatment.

I would have never thought a full recovery and a life free of food issues, weight or shape, to be in the picture 5 years ago. 

I believe recovery is possible for everyone, it doesn’t come without hard work, but I can tell you what is on the other side is worth it.   

Recovery is no walk in the park, but it’s a journey worth the energy and discomfort to get to a life free of eating disorders, disordered eating and obsessive thoughts about your body but mostly getting to know yourself and develop a deep connection to who you are beyond your eating issues.

Ongoing Support

Recovery from an Eating Disorder does not happen overnight or in a 6-week session. Ongoing support and coaching can be provided by me, going from weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions. Intensives and packages are available upon request.
